French barrel

Medium to full brick red colour.The aroma has good intensity of blackberry fruits, black olive and touch of crush grape leaf with some cedary sweet vanillin oak which is soft and enticing to the sensors. Complex and moreish, it is provocative in wanting to make you drink it.The palate supports the aromas. It’s round and soft and surprising full of sweet berry fruits with a good concentration of very sweet fine grain tannins. It reflects cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon flavours; black and red berry fruits, balanced with cedar vanillin oak and is very savoury and complex. It finishes with very good length with a desire to refill the glass!
