CHARDONNAY

Lemon yellow in color, the wine is showing citrus and a big presence of peach with a touch of mango and butter on the nose, very expressive and elegant. Soft on the palate with gentle acidity, lemon transitions to butter. The wine is very clean with a straight, linear structure and a long gastronomic finish beginning with an explosion of aromas, followed by flavors of grapefruit and tropical fruit. The wine is very well balanced and will develop further complexity in the bottle.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Light cherry red in color, the wine is very expressive on the nose with red and black fruit, especially blackberry, followed by a hint of roasted smoke. Smooth on the palate, there is a combination of black fruit, smoke, and a little spiciness. The wine is medium bodied and very well balanced with good acidity and very soft and elegant tannins and has a delightfully long finish. This wine will continue to develop in the bottle for several years, adding additional complexity and finesse.
